Here’s how it works:
• Booking Deposit: A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your date. This will be applied toward your Hat Bar purchase.
• Guest Minimums:
• 10 guest purchases within 15 miles of New Port Richey.
• For every additional 20 miles, add 5 guests to the minimum.
• Standard travel is available within a 3 hours radius from New Port Richey, Florida. Events beyond this range can be accommodated for larger guests counts, corporate gatherings, or special occasions - please inquire for details. • Event Timeframe: We recommend allowing 2–3 hours for your hat bar experience, depending on guest count.
• What’s Included: Premium rancher hats, a wide selection of ribbons, leathers, pins, florals and feathers, charms, hat bands, and decorative details, professional setup, on-site design guidance, and full assembly so guests leave with their finished hat.
